Rest and Stillness Yoga Workshop – Befriending Shadow
At this point in the year it is so important to stop and I would love to support you to do that. The festive season will flow better if you come back to your whole self first.
Gentle practices to prepare you to slow down, rejuvenate and explore stillness and the inner and outer dark. Connect more fully your self, each other, the season and the solstice.
Easy movement, breath practice, restorative yoga, yoga nidra relaxation, self-enquiry and sharing. All welcome.
