Helensburgh is hosting a fabulous Festive Shopping Event this weekend to help you find that special gift this Christmas!
Browse our unique independent shops and galleries, dine in our award-winning restaurants and cafés, then relax in one of the town’s boutique hotels or B&Bs.
You can download @DiscoverHelensburghandLomond’sApp to follow the trails and learn about our historic town.
Our beautiful Festive Lights are lighting up the town, the local @HelloArtisans Craft Market is this Saturday in The Bridge, Helensburgh Parish Church, Mrs Claus is visiting The Hill House, and Santa’s Submarine Experience is at the @submarine.centre. Visit the Full Events Calendar on our Website to make sure you don’t miss anything!
And be sure to vote for your favourite shop window in our best-dressed window competition!
Families and children can collect a form from any of the businesses participating and then drop the forms back to you when completed with the shop name and corresponding number, or if you drop them in to either Grasshopper Toys Shop or The Olde Christmas Shoppe and you might receive a little treat for voting!

Get ready to warm up your winter with the Helensburgh Winter Festival 2024!
This festive event will be held on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December, bringing a burst of cheer and joy to the heart of Helensburgh.
What to Expect:
• Festive Market: Explore a vibrant market filled with unique gifts, handmade crafts, and delicious local treats
• Live Entertainment: Enjoy the sounds of talented musicians, singers, and performers as they fill the air with festive music and performances.
• Children’s Activities: Keep the little ones entertained with fun-fair rides, activities, competitions, face painting and, of course – Santa & Mrs Claus will be back with their grotto and larger than life dancing elves!
• Delicious Food and Drink: Indulge in a variety of warming winter street food and festive drinks to keep you cosy
• Saturday Santa Dash – Sat 30th Nov sees the return of the @HeartHelesnburgh (formerly Round Table) Santa Dash as part of the Festival
• Community Spirit: Experience the true spirit of Christmas as the community comes together to celebrate.
