I value simple, interesting, comforting food. I am fascinated by different tastes and love creating foods and bakes for other’s to enjoy. Cape Malay cuisine is best described as fusion food with a distinctive flavour.
Lou’s Deli is a neighbourhood take away deli offering delicious food with a nod to my South African heritage. Our focus is on fresh healthy foods prepared daily on-site. Our grab-n-go lunch boxes consist of two interesting salads and a protein and change on a daily basis. Our hugely popular Black Pudding, Haggis and Lou’s sweet chilli chutney soft-centred scotch eggs are available daily. For your home, we offer delicious freshly prepared frozen meals boxed in microwave and oven friendly packaging.
