Males Tales Helensburgh CIC

We are a free peer-to-peer and suicide prevention group for the community, allowing them the chance to talk openly and support each other no matter their current circumstances.

Our male group runs on Monday evenings at 19:00 and our female group every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, both in the Drumfork Community Centre.

We can also provide one-on-one support from trained mindset, resilience, anxiety, and NLP coaches.
