Please inform us of the overall dimensions of your unit in the booking form on the next page, and let us know if your require power, or if you are bringing your own generator. this is so we can make sure you are positioned correctly in the square.

BOOKING cost is for 2 days – Sat 26th & Sun 27th Nov ’22.

DEADLINE: Stalls & units MUST be booked AND PAID for by no later than TUES 1ST NOV 2022.

PAYMENTS:  Payments are being accepted by credit or debit card via our Stripe Payment System ONLY to speed up the process for everyone.

NOTE: Any stall wishing to offer ‘prizes’ or games of chance (OTHER than Charity Tombola Stalls) can only be booked through our Fairground provider – details can be requested by emailing us at: media@helensburghwinterfestival.co.uk
