Set up times:
To be ready for opening at 10am on Saturday and noon on Sunday. Penguin Crew members will be in the Square to help from 7am on Saturday and 9.30 -10am on Sunday.
No vehicles to be left anywhere in the square and suggest that you park at the Pier Car Park (bottom end) where it is free and you do not risk a ticket.
Try not to park in the nearer car park because we want the customers to be able to park there and to walk into the square to spend their money with you!
Will be fitted with lights, they will have backs, sides and roofs but you will have to bring your own tables and chairs. Anyone requiring power must bring their own 16amp cables.
Those of you bringing your own gazebos or stands please consult a Penguin Crew member before starting set up.
Please unload as quickly as possible to allow free flow of traffic and do not hesitate to ask for help if you need it. It would be better for everyone if you unload and then move your vehicle before starting to arrange your stall displays.
Black bags can be provided but stallholders must take responsibility for their own rubbish.
If you have any problems please call Graham on 07778864284 or John on 07931910753 and they will assist.
